Hendra One
One guest database, one permission system, one flat price, £100/site/mo, everything included.

A typical pub pays £200–£400 a month across separate vendors for what Hendra One does in one place, with none of them talking to each other.

EVERYTHING INCLUDED

Seven systems, one login, one price.

Not a booking system with modules bolted on. Each of these is a full part of the product, included at the same flat rate, and they know about each other.

OUR MISSION

“Why should a village pub pay corporate prices just to stay compliant? It shouldn’t.”

So we built one system that does the lot, for one flat price, for every pub, whatever its size.

A separate stack doing the same job: £200–£400/mo

Multi-site groups pay the same £100 per site: the more sites, the more it saves against separate subscriptions. A small commission (2.5%) applies only to optional online upsell payments, never to bookings or covers.

QUESTIONS OPERATORS ACTUALLY ASK

Straight answers.

Can I move from my current booking system?

+

Yes. We import your future bookings and your guest database (with their consent status intact), and run the widget alongside your old system until you are ready to switch it off. Most venues move in under two weeks.

Is it really SFBB-aligned?

+

The kitchen module mirrors Safer Food Better Business: the same opening and closing checks, the same corrective-action logic, a daily diary signed with a drawn signature, and the 4-weekly review built on the FSA’s own 12 questions.

What happens during an EHO visit?

+

You switch on inspection mode and hand the officer a time-limited link to a printable 28-day report: temps, checks, corrective actions and signatures. No binder, no hunting for last Tuesday’s fridge sheet.

Do my guests pay booking fees?

+

No. There are no per-cover fees, ever, for you or your guests. The only charge beyond your plan is a small commission on optional paid upsells like birthday packages.

How much does Hendra One cost?

+

Hendra One is £100 per site per month excluding VAT, with every module included. There are no tiers, no premium add-ons and no contracts. A typical pub pays £200 to £400 a month across separate vendors for the same job.

Who owns my guest data?

+

You do. You are the data controller and Hendra One is your data processor, acting strictly on your instructions under a Data Processing Agreement. Your guest database is exportable at any time and is never something we can independently use or take away.

See it running on your own menus and your own tables.
